The lights turn back on as Casanova English takes a long drag off his already lit cigarette, his leather jacket hung loosely over his shoulders. He scowls at the crowd before Bash Daddy slowly walks from behind the curtains to join him - the towering man shirtless, wearing black jeans and a leather mask.
English and Bash Daddy look at one another and smirk before walking down the ramp slowly. English stops to blow smoke in the general direction of some fans. Bash Daddy walks over to the corner between the guard rails and the ring. English slowly struts up the steps onto the ring apron. He hangs his jacket on the turnbuckle before stepping through the second rope. English smirks pulling the cigarette from his lips, he blows a cloud of smoke straight up into the air and tosses his coffin nail into the crowd. English laughs as people move trying to avoid the ember. Bash Daddy glares from the outside at Casanova's opponent.

He is brash in criticizing fans for encouraging the image of conventional wrestling, the big lumbering baby kissers of the 80's and the bleach blonde babes of the early women's era. He's here to take over, and his charisma means he certainly won't be doing it alone.

English is a surprisingly technical, but he is a good brawler who uses his surrounds to his advantage against bigger opponents, ropes, turnbuckles, whatever he can to get the advantage. Intense, but can mock his opponents too long.

BIOGRAPHY
Casanova English (born Cassidy Jones) had a rough upbringing. He raised himself and his other brother while his mother battled drug addiction. A lengthy court battle landed Cass and his brother in the hands of their aunt and uncle. These were some of the kindest and caring people on the planet. They owned a farm and allowed Cass to finally be at peace, unfortunately he was already 17 and his childhood destroyed. Casanova went on to Carleton University where he studied journalism and started a career in that field until his Uncle fell ill with Alzheimer's disease. Casanova feeling like he must repay the sacrifices that man has made for him was the one with him on his deathbed. This experience changed something in Casanova, he needed something bigger to fuel his desire. He no longer wants life to pass him by, he sets sail to inspire. . . though probably not in the most conventional, ethical, or moral ways
English spent his early 20s working as a broadcast journalist, and relied on promos early in his career while learning the ropes of wrestling, so to speak. Not even a year in he picked up the craft well and caught the eye of Immortal Pro Wrestling, where he won the IPW US Championship early on. At IPW English developed a mean streak, often targeting the conventional roided up wrestler type to prove a point that the industry was changing - poking fun at members of the audience for laying idle and fantasizing about men much manlier than them strapping gold around their waist.
Meanwhile he delved into his history and discovered his father’s true identity. A serial killer who was rotting away in a Canadian prison. English’s father was found dead and an investigation was launched. English was a target -- and ultimately cleared, but for the last few years a detective has been on his tail trying to find evidence that English had something to do with the death of his incarcerated father.
English didn't find superstardom until he joined a promotion called Visionaries of Wrestling. For a year he tore through the roster until finally being crowed the company's first World Champion, a title he would hole for a year during his second reign. He created a dominate stable in the process called The Orphanage, which expanded outside the bounds of pro wrestling -- recruiting and appealing to the disenfranchised. That group includes Alex Ransom, formerly known as Corpse, now known as Bash Daddy. A former addict living on the streets English took in -- and helped come to terms with his personality and sexuality. Voodoo is also an Orphan, a young black woman from the south who enjoys wrestling and dark magic. She was in wrestling school as Bash Daddy’s valet before English made his return -- lowering both to a lackey type role. V will try and help Casanova get ahead in his matches by using strange rituals.
Upon losing the VOW top title English's contract was up. He was not offered a rematch and walked out of negotiations.
For a while he would spent time at a federations - but eventually he got bored. The spark wasn't there. He bought his mother a house... but she just used it to overdose. When she died he stopped talking to family. Stopped worrying about wrestling. But the well is drying up, he has to sell the old house and get back in the ring... and he's bitter as ever.
Upon his return he has a short stint in Carnage Wrestling before it’s closure, willing the Chaos Championship at one point and even representing the roster in a supershow win against UGWC. When Carnage closed down English decided to try out Murderhaus, an up and coming short lived deathmatch wrestling company, and while he learned a lot -- he took home more scars than anything while the company briefly existed.
At the moment English finds himself at a crossroad, looking for a reliable place to call home. The Detective tailing him, trying to learn if English had anything to do with his fathers death is relentless -- and he will be following him to Project Honor.
While joining Project Honor English was under investigation by a detective for his father’s death, it borderline harassment and in a strange incident the detective died in a car crash which may have been connected to a love interest of English. Following the accident a special agent, the son of the detective who died, tracked down English and conspiracy theorists believe they killed his girlfriend. Rumour has it English was offered an ultimatum, start a new wrestling company to help a crooked special agent launder money -- or risk a continued investigation and face possible life in prison. English has started a new company CU:LT Combat Unlimited Lethal Trials -- in the hopes he can give underrepresented wrestlers a chance to influence the entire industry.
